Biography

Dr Oyeniran is a young, organized, innovative, motivated, and seasoned biochemist with expertise in nutritional and phytomedicine research. I am proficient in the use of Drosophila melanogaster and Rattus norvegicus experimental research models. I possess succinct experience in collaborative research with excellent information technology and writing skills coupled with unparalleled expertise in mixed methods and data interpretations. I engage in interactive face-to-face and virtual lessons, utilizing multimedia components that promote active participation, collaboration, and optimal learning amidst students. My research focuses basically on food biochemistry with emphasis on food chemical profile and utilization of plants as functional foods with their bioactive constituents as dietary intervention in the management of degenerative diseases.
