Biography

I hold HND, B.Sc., M.Sc Statistics and Ph.D in Applied Statistics with specialisation in medical and clinical biostatistics

Research Interests

My research interest is in the area of application of statistical methodology such as multivariate methods, probability distribution and Bayesian inferences in the analysis of clinical trials, medical and health data. My mission is to develop a research pathway in biostatistics, designing and analyzing clinical trial outcomes and develop a flexible probability model for classification in the Bayesian paradigm and for prediction in the frequentist scenario. I am particularly interested in exploring to develop a methodology for Bayesian adaptive designs for clinical trials, and implementing these methods in practice. I am also interested in method for estimating and comparing proportions in a randomized controlled trial with dropouts due to intercurrent events (ICE) and in cases where trial intervention requires induction stage.
