Biography

Dr Mrs. Temitayo Bukola Arowosegbe is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management and Business Studies,Faculty of Education, Federal University Oye-Ekiti. She obtained Nigeria Certificate in Education (Economics/Social Studies) from College of Education, Ikere Ekiti. She obtained her Bachelor Degree in Social Science Education [B.Sc. (Ed.)] from University of Ado Ekiti in 2010, Masters Degree (M.Ed.) in Educational Management from Ekiti State University in 2022 and Doctorate Degree in Educational Management from Ekiti State University Ado-Ekiti in 2026.
As an emerging scholar in the field of Educational Management, Dr (Mrs.) Arowosegbe specializes in Educational Administration. Her academic and professional interests are centered on improving the effectiveness of educational institutions through sound administrative practices and strategic management approaches.
Dr (Mrs.) Arowosegbe has published scholarly articles in reputable journals and continues to engage in research aimed at addressing contemporary challenges in educational administration and management. Through her teaching, research, and community service, she contributes to the development of future educational leaders and the promotion of quality education
