Biography

I am currently a lecturer in the department of Animal and Environmental Biology Department.I have a BSc( Biology), MSc(Zoology) and ongoing PhD in Zoology.

Research Interests

I am interested in the assessment of freshwater ecosystem health through the integration of physicochemical parameters, sediment quality, heavy metal contamination, microbial community dynamics, and macroinvertebrate biodiversity. My research focuses on understanding how anthropogenic activities influence tropical reservoirs and river systems, and on developing biological indicators for pollution monitoring, ecological risk assessment, and sustainable water-resource management.
