Biography

Mrs A.M Lawal is a lecturer in the department of Microbiology, Federal University Oye-Ekiti, Nigeria. She obtained Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology from University of Ibadan, Oyo State in 2015, where she developed interest in the field of Food and industrial Microbiology. She obtained Master’s Degree in Food Microbiology from University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria in 2019. She is currently on her Ph.D Degree program at Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. Mrs Lawal research focuses on probiotics, functional foods, food preservation and safety and food processing innovations.
