Biography

Dr. Oyemomi Mope Esan is a Nigerian educationist, researcher, and university lecturer with a strong passion for advancing quality education through research, teaching, and mentorship. She is a Lecturer in the Department of Guidance and Counselling, Faculty of Education, Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), where she teaches undergraduate students and contributes to academic development through innovative instruction and scholarly research.

Dr. Esan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Tests and Measurement. She has authored and co-authored several scholarly publications in reputable journals and actively participates in academic conferences and professional engagements

Research Interests

Educational assessment, psychometrics, guidance and counselling, educational psychology, students' learning outcomes, and the development and validation of measurement instruments.
