Biography

Dr. Franca Ginikachi Adieme is a lecturer and researcher. She is a native of Edenta, Awo-Idemili in Orsu Local Government Area of Imo State, Nigeria. She is a Christian. Dr. Adieme obtained her Bachelor’s degree in English Language Education from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. She also obtained a Master’s degree and a doctorate in Educational Administration from the University of Port Harcourt, respectively. She is a certified and licensed Nigerian teacher. She was a graduate research assistant in the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education, University of Port Harcourt. She is a Facilitator with National Open University of Nigeria. She is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education, Federal University Oye-Ekiti. She has several years of teaching, research and administrative experience in higher education. Her teaching philosophy is grounded in a learner-centred approach that promotes students’ active participation, collaboration and reflective thinking. She strives to create inclusive and supportive learning environments where students feel loved, valued, respected and motivated to reach their full potential. She has authored and co-authored numerous scholarly articles published in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals, and has presented papers at academic conferences within and outside Nigeria. She is an active member of several professional associations, including the Nigerian Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP), Association of Educational Management & Policy Practitioners (AEMAPP) and other relevant academic and professional bodies. She also serves as a reviewer for reputable academic journals and participates in collaborative research projects focused on improving educational systems and institutional effectiveness. She has supervised undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and continues to mentor young scholars in educational leadership, research methodology and academic writing.

My research interests encompass Educational Administration, School Leadership, Human Resource Management in Education, Contemporary Issues in Education, Educational Reforms and Policy Implementation, Artificial Intelligence in Education, Smart Education, Educational Innovation, Teacher Professional Development, Educational Technology Integration and Sustainable Development in Education.
