Biography

Dr. Ambode Akinbiyi Benard is currently a Lecturer II in the Department of Science Education, Federal University Oye-Ekiti. He joined the institution as an Assistant Lecturer in February 2020. He earned his PhD in Education with a specialization in Educational Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State. As a researcher, Dr. Ambode’s work has been published in reputable and peer-reviewed journals. He has also presented papers at academic conferences focused on the integration of Massive Open Online Courses, artificial intelligence in STEM education, pedagogy, technology-enhanced learning and the exploration of variables that impact student performance. He is a registered member of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria. He currently serves as the Examination Officer for the Department and as a member of the Examination Committee of the Faculty of Education.

Research Interests

Research interest focused on the integration of Massive Open Online Courses, artificial intelligence in STEM education, pedagogy, technology-enhanced learning and the exploration of variables that impact student performance
