Biography

Dr. Olaoluwa Omotayo Olanipon holds a B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management. With over four years of teaching experience as a faculty lecturer, Dr. Olanipon has taught and supervised undergraduate students across various management-related courses. Dedicated to academic excellence and continuous growth, he demonstrates a strong commitment to learning both on and off the job while contributing meaningfully to institutional and student development.

Over the years my research interests have been in General Management, Organizational Management, Production and Operation Management, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management.
