Biography

Taiwo Ojewole is a computational chemist and academic with research interests in computer-aided drug design, molecular docking, medicinal plants, and drug discovery. His work focuses on identifying and evaluating bioactive compounds as potential therapeutic agents against infectious diseases, particularly through computational approaches.
As a university lecturer, he is actively involved in teaching, research, student supervision, seminar presentations, and scientific writing. His scholarly interests include molecular modeling, protein–ligand interactions, structure-based drug design, and the application of computational techniques in medicinal chemistry.
He is committed to advancing scientific research through interdisciplinary collaboration, publication in reputable journals, and securing competitive research grants that address global health challenges.
