Biography

Dr. Olubunmi Kayode, AYANWOYE is a seasoned educationist, mathematics educator, and curriculum specialist with over two decades of impactful teaching, research, and professional service in the Nigerian tertiary education system. His academic journey is marked by robust interdisciplinary exposure in mathematics education, curriculum development, pedagogy, gender studies, and digital innovations in education. Currently a faculty member at Federal University Oye-Ekiti. Dr. Ayanwoye is renowned for integrating theory with practice, driving capacity-building initiatives, and advancing scholarly discourse through national and international conferences, workshops, and publications. Dr. Ayanwoye has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and instructional texts on mathematics education, curriculum issues, and instructional strategies. He is a regular contributor to the Mathematical Association of Nigeria (MAN) conferences, Life Member of Mathematical Association of Nigeria (LMAN) and actively engages in cross-border academic exchanges through international webinars and research collaborations. His areas of research and expertise include but not limited to Mathematics education and pedagogy, curriculum development and evaluation, educational technology and ICT integration, gender and equity in STEM education, and research design, data analysis, and interpretation. He is a registered member of many Associations and a Peer-Reviewer of both local and international Journals. Dr. Ayanwoye is deeply committed to pedagogical excellence, student mentorship, and continuous professional development. He is also skilled in statistical analysis, which strengthens his contributions to empirical educational research. He is married and a proud father of children.
