Samuel Oluwaseun Agbeyo is a Lecturer in the Department of Estate Management at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), Nigeria. He holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Estate Management from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA). He has over five years of combined academic and professional experience in estate management, property valuation, facilities management, property administration, and real estate consultancy.
At FUOYE, he teaches undergraduate courses in Estate Management, Estate Agency and Marketing, Estate Finance, Estate Accounting, Economic Theory, Environmental Planning, Legal Drafting, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). He has served as Acting Head of the Department of Estate Management, providing academic and administrative leadership and contributing to the successful accreditation of the programme by the National Universities Commission (NUC) and relevant professional bodies. He has also served as the departmental Examination Officer and Staff Adviser to the Estate Management Students' Association (EMSA).
In addition to his academic responsibilities, Samuel is an Estate Manager and Administrator at Samforte Real Estate, Lagos, where he provides real estate consultancy, property management, investment advisory, and valuation services. His previous professional experience includes roles at Bode Adediji Partnership, Connex Projects Limited, Rotimi Olu & Co., and Adefokun & Co., where he gained practical expertise in property management, valuation, facilities management, and real estate marketing.
His research interests include real estate investment, property valuation, housing studies, facilities management, sustainable urban development, land administration, and real estate finance. Samuel is passionate about bridging the gap between academic research and professional practice through innovative research, teaching, and community engagement. He is committed to advancing sustainable real estate development and improving professional standards within the built environment.
