Biography

Dr. Ifeoma Janefrances Umunakwe holds a Ph.D, M.Tech, and B.Tech in Industrial Chemistry from the Federal University Oye-Ekiti, Federal University of Technology Akure, and Federal University of Technology Owerri respectively. She served as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Chemistry, Federal University of Technology Akure between 2017 and 2019. Dr. Umunakwe emerged the best graduating student in her department in during her undergraduate studies at FUTO. She has published numerous articles in both local and international journals. She has also attended international conferences and presented papers from her research works. Dr. Umunakwe currently serves as a lecturer in chemistry department where she teaches, carries out research and engages in community services.
