Biography

Mr. Ebhoaye, Ogiedo Solomon is a Nigerian academia, management scientist, and researcher specialising in Business Management, Community Development, and Global Management. He is a lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), Ekiti State, Nigeria.

He obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma followed by a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree from the University of Benin, Nigeria. He is currently in pursuit of a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration from Federal University Oye-Ekiti, Nigeria.

Mr. Ebhoaye's research focuses on General Management, Community Development, and Strategic Management. His works aim to develop the societies through business models and strategies that can withstand environmental stresses while increasing employment and community security. He has authored and co-authored numerous scholarly publications in reputable scientific journals, contributing significantly to managerial research both nationally and internationally.

At the Federal University Oye-Ekiti, he has been involved in teaching, mentoring students, and conducting research in Management Sciences. His ongoing research includes the development of family-owned enterprises through succession planning and sustainable orientation.

Through his dedication to teaching, research, and scientific innovation, Mr. Ebhoaye, Ogiedo Solomon continues to contribute to the advancement of businesses and management and the development of sustainable businesses in Nigeria and beyond.
