Mrs. Fagboyinbo Temitope Tawa is a Lecturer in the Department of Psychology, Federal University, Oye-Ekiti. She holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, completed with Distinction, and a Bachelor of Science degree in General Psychology, obtained with Second Class Upper Division honours, both from Ekiti State University. She is currently pursuing further studies toward a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
An emerging researcher, Mrs. Fagboyinbo's scholarly interests lie at the intersection of individual psychology and organizational effectiveness.
Her research examines the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral dynamics of employees within the workplace, with particular focus on four key areas: the psychological factors that shape employee thought, emotion, and behavior at work; the influence of these psychological experiences on organizational outcomes; the spillover effects of occupational stress and work-related appraisals on employees' personal lives; and the role of motivation in driving organizational growth and performance.
