Biography

Dr. Odunayo Selimot Adedeji obtained her first degree from the University of Maiduguri. She later obtained a MSc in Environmental Engineering and Project Management from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. She proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University for her MPhil. in Biochemistry and later obtained a PhD in Biochemistry from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State. During her PhD programme, she got TETFUND Laboratory grant that enabled her carry out part of her research work at the Institute of Research in Bioenergy, Universidade Estadual Paulista, Rio Claro, Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Research Interests

Food and industrial bioprocesses, enzyme fermentation, industrial products development
