Dr. Modupe Titilayo Grace Onibon is a Lecturer I in the Department of Business Administration, Federal University Oye-Ekiti, Nigeria.. She holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Ekiti State University, M.Sc. in Management Science from Afe Babalola University, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration, with specialization in Human Resource Management, from the University of Abuja. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management and Leadership.
Her research interests span Human Resource Management, Human Behaviour in Organisations, Entrepreneurship Studies, Innovation Management and Industrial Relations. She has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in national and international journals, reflecting an active and growing contribution to management and organisational scholarship.
Dr. Onibon has extensive teaching experience across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. She has successfully supervised more than hundred (100) undergraduate research projects and continues to contribute to student mentoring and academic development.
Her academic career is further distinguished by research support from the Tertiary Education Trust Fund, including a doctoral studies grant in 2021 and an Institution-Based Research Grant in 2025. Beyond teaching and research, she has served in several administrative capacities, including, Departmental Examination Officer, and currently the Coordinator for External Degree Affiliation Programme and Level Adviser in the Department. She participates actively in academic conferences, research training programmes, and professional development activities within and beyond Nigeria. Her professional profile reflects sustained commitment to scholarship, teaching, institutional service, and the development of management knowledge in Nigeria.
