A Lecturer I in the Department of Guidance and Counselling, Faculty of Education, Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), Nigeria. She holds a PhD in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Ilorin and an MEd in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ibadan. Her teaching and research span guidance and counselling, educational psychology, teacher education, mental health, and higher education. She has published extensively in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals, including Scopus-indexed journals, and has presented scholarly papers at local and international conferences. Her research adopts interdisciplinary and evidence-based approaches to addressing educational, psychological, and social challenges, with a strong commitment to advancing educational quality, learner well-being, and sustainable development through research, teaching, and community engagement
