Biography

Dr. IREWOLE Michael Olayinka is an education scholar, language education specialist, and academic leader with a strong commitment to transformative pedagogy and teacher development. His work spans curriculum studies, multilingual–multicultural education, teacher professional development, digital literacy, discourse analysis and higher education policy, with particular interest in strengthening institutional quality and learner outcomes in tertiary education contexts.
His scholarship integrates theoretical rigor with practical application. He has contributed to research on language teacher development, digital literacy, pedagogical content knowledge (PCK), curriculum innovation, and structural modeling in educational research. His academic engagements reflect a sustained dedication to advancing evidence-based teaching practices and institutional reform within Nigerian and global educational systems.
