Biography

I am Adenika, Edidiong Olaniyi. I hold a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Estate Management and an Assistant Lecturer in the field of Estate Management. I have a strong academic foundation and passion for research, my interests span property management, sustainable real estate practices and housing studies.
The call to lecturing and research started as a Graduate Assistant in the department of Estate management. College of Environmental design and management. Wesley University, Ondo. I was letter promoted to an Assistant lecturer after the completion of my MTech in Estate Management in 2024. 2026 came with opportunity to contribute to the academic community at the Department of Estate Management. College of Environmental Design and Management. Federal University, Oye-Ekiti.
I hold a National diploma in estate management. Awarded in 2014, Bachelor of Science in Estate management in 2020, Master of Technology in Estate Management in 2024, and currently studying for my Ph.D. in Estate Management.

Edidiong is dedicated to continuous growth, mentoring students, contributing to academic scholarship, and collaborating with professionals and researchers to improve real estate practice and policy.

Research Interests

My Research interest is in property Management, Sustainable real Estate and Housing. Specifically, I am interested in the integration of sustainability principles into property management practices.
