Biography

Dr. Olayinka Tawose is a Nigerian animal scientist, researcher, author,and academic specializing in ruminant nutrition, dairy science, and sustainable livestock production. She serves as a lecturer in the Department of Animal Science at Federal University Oye-Ekiti, Nigeria, and is currently undertaking postdoctoral research in dairy science at the Federal University of Viçosa, Brazil. Her research focuses on dairy animal feeds and production, alternative feed resources, feed safety, and climate-smart livestock systems. Dr. Tawose has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, reviewed papers for international journals, and actively contributes to teaching, research, mentoring, and professional service, advancing sustainable animal agriculture and food security in tropical regions.
