Biography
Dr. Adio Matthew Olufemi is a Nigerian Agricultural Economist, lecturer, and researcher at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti. He holds B.Agric. and M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ilorin, and Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. Dr. Adio is a member of several professional and research networks, including the African Growth and Development Policy (AGRODEP) Modeling Consortium, African Association of Agricultural Economists, Nigerian Association of Agricultural Economists, and the Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa network. He also serves as a reviewer for reputable academic journals. His research focuses on impact evaluation of development projects and intervention programs, with emphasis on technology adoption, agricultural production and productivity, food security, and welfare analysis. Dr. Adio has published widely in local and international journals and has worked as a consultant to Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa in Accra, Ghana.
