Biography

Mrs. Adeyemi Oluwatoyin Victoria is a Lecturer II in the Department of Educational Management at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), Nigeria. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Education) degree in Yoruba and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational Administration and Planning. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Management with specialization in Administration.
Her area of specialization is Educational Management (Administration and Planning), with research interests in Educational Administration, Educational Planning, Educational Leadership, School Supervision, Educational Policy, Quality Assurance, Higher Education Management, and Sustainable Development in Education. She teaches undergraduate courses including Educational Supervision in Nigeria, Fundamental Principles in Educational Management, Leadership and Interpersonal Relationship in Organizations, Introduction to Educational Administration and Organizations, National and International Perspectives in Educational Management, and Management Decision Making.
Mrs. Adeyemi has participated in several national and international academic conferences and has published scholarly articles in reputable national, international, and Scopus-indexed journals. She is committed to advancing knowledge through quality teaching, impactful research, and academic service.
She is a member of the Association of Educational Managers and Policy Practitioners (A'EMAPP) and the Higher Education Research and Policy Network (HERPNET). She also serves as a member of the Departmental Secretary Committee and as the Assistant Examination Officer in her department, contributing to academic administration and quality assurance.
Mrs. Adeyemi is a member of the research team for the 2025 National Research Fund (NRF) TETFund Research Grant project. Her scholarly aspiration is to contribute to the development of innovative educational policies and effective management practices that enhance quality, equity, and sustainable development within higher education and the broader educational system.
