Biography
Olufemi studied at the University of Fort Hare, Alice in South Africa and holds PhD in Agricultural Economics specializing in Production Economics, as well as an MBA in Marketing from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State. He also holds MSC in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.. He had is first degree from the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta, Ogun state. He worked in the financial sector where he rose through to a level of a Business Development Manager at the branch of WEMA bank in Katsina State.. Presently lecturing at the Federal University, Oye Ekiti at the Ikole Campus of the institution in the department of Agricultural Economics and Farm Management where he presents modules in agricultural marketing, policy, Development and productions,
Research Interests
current research interest includes institutions, effects of climate change, and smallholder farming particularly in relation to factors influencing market access and their performances on the farm
