Biography
Dr. Azikiwe, Judith Chineye is a senior lecturer in the Department of Psychology, Oye-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria. She holds a doctoral degree in Psychology from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria. She is a Clinical Psychologist. She was the Departmental Examinations Officer from 2017/2018 academic session to 2020/2021 academic session and 2023/2024 academic session. She became the Assistant coordinator, Institute of Part-Time Studies from 2020/2021 academic session till 2023/2024 academic session. Her research interest includes mental health, substance use and abuse, mental health relapse, peer and family pressure, psychosocial health, academic performance and learning strategies. She has published in both local and international journals. She is a reviewer of many journal articles. She is a professional member of Nigerian Association of Psychologist (NPA), Nigerian association of Clinical Psychologists (NACP) and a member of International Society for the Study of Behavioural Development (ISSBD). She is the current Acting Head of the Department of Psychology.
