Biography

A lecturer in the Department of Crop Science and Horticulture at the Federal University Oye Ekiti. Had my B. Agric. Tech and M. Agric.Tech at Federal University of Technology Akure. Currently on my PhD programme at Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba Akoko. My research focuses on Field and storage pest management. I have published over 10 peer-reviewed articles in journals. I teaches undergraduate courses in crop protection. A member of Entomolgical Society of Nigeria(ESN), Nigerian Society for Plant Protection, (NSPP), Horticultural Society of Nigeria( HORTSON) and Society for Underutilized Legumes (SUL). I also serves as the Departmental board secretary, undergraduate seminar coordinator and advisor for 100 level students.

Research Interests

My choice of Entomology as a career stemmed from the discovery of negative role of insect pests on food production and their qualities. I am dedicated to reducing the menace of the group of organisms in crop production at both on the field and at storage. My research interest is of a great support for food crop production and security
