Biography

Mrs. Olufunke Omolara Oke is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), Ekiti State, Nigeria. She holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational Management from the University of Ibadan (2015), a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Educational Management from the University of Ado-Ekiti (2007), and a Diploma in Educational Management from the University of Ibadan.

Mrs. Oke is a dedicated academic with a strong passion for teaching, research, and community service. Her research interests encompass Educational Leadership, Educational System Administration, Educational Policy and Planning, Quality Assurance in Education, Human Resource Management in Education, and the Application of Technology and Artificial Intelligence in Educational Management.

She is committed to advancing knowledge and contributing to the development of effective educational policies and management practices that promote quality education and institutional effectiveness. Through her teaching and research activities, she seeks to foster innovative approaches to educational administration and leadership in response to contemporary challenges in the education sector.

As an emerging scholar, Mrs. Oke continues to engage in scholarly research aimed at improving educational management practices and enhancing the overall quality of education in Nigeria and beyond.
