Biography
Dr. Folasade Busayo Ojobola is a lecturer and researcher in Science Education with specialization in Chemistry Education. Her research focuses on the academic and professional competencies of science teachers, with particular interest in improving science teaching, teacher effectiveness, curriculum development, and educational outcomes.
Dr. Ojobola has published extensively in reputable local and international high-impact journals, contributing significantly to scholarship in science education. Her research reflects a strong commitment to advancing evidence-based teaching practices and strengthening teacher professional development.
She currently serves as the Head of the Chemistry Education Unit and is an active member of several faculty committees, where she contributes to academic planning, quality assurance, and institutional development. She also collaborates with researchers across disciplines and institutions, fostering innovative research partnerships and promoting excellence in science education.
Dr. Ojobola remains committed to impactful research, quality teaching, mentorship, and community engagement aimed at advancing science education and teacher professional competence.
