Biography

Dr. Adeniyi Bolajoko Florence is a Nigerian scholar, researcher, and educator with expertise in educational management, policy, planning, and administration. Her research focuses on educational policy, quality assurance, school effectiveness, artificial intelligence in education, higher education management, and sustainable educational development. She has contributed extensively to academic research through scholarly publications, conference presentations, and collaborative research projects addressing contemporary challenges in education. Dr. Adeniyi is committed to advancing evidence-based educational reforms, promoting innovation in teaching, learning, and assessment, and strengthening institutional capacity for improved educational outcomes. Her research interests also encompass digital transformation in education, educational leadership, equity and access, and the application of emerging technologies to enhance educational planning and administration.
