Biography

Owa Adebayo Felix is an Associate Professor in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti, Nigeria. He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering, an M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering, and a B.Eng. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, where he was the Best Graduating Student in 1995. He is a Registered Engineer with COREN, and also certified in Artificial Intelligence by the National Open University.
With over 19 years of academic experience, He was also a TETFUND Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
His research focuses on bio-composites, corrosion, tribology, and sustainable materials. He has authored over 30 journal papers, book chapters, and conference proceedings. He is a member of MSN, IAENG, COREN, and NAAIP.

Research Interests

Synthesis and Characterisation of Bio-Materials, Advanced Materials, and Nano Materials from Renewable Resources.
