Biography
Dr. Ayodele Sunday Oluwole is an Associate Professor (Reader) in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), Nigeria. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Ado-Ekiti (UNAD), now Ekiti State University (EKSU), in 2003. He subsequently received his Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), in 2010, and his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN), South Africa, in 2018.
Professionally, Dr. Oluwole is a registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), with registration number R17814.
His research interests span signal processing for digital communications, numerical methods in electromagnetics, smart antennas, microwave circuits, and adaptive filters. His work focuses on advancing techniques and technologies in communication systems, electromagnetic engineering, and signal processing.
Dr. Oluwole has extensive experience in research supervision and has supervised postgraduate students at both Master’s and Doctoral levels. His academic and professional contributions reflect a strong commitment to research, postgraduate education, and the development of innovative solutions in electrical, electronics, and communication engineering.
Research Interests
Signal processing for digital communications, numerical methods in electromagnetics, smart antennas, microwave circuits, and adaptive filters.
