Mr. Mubarak Adekola Abdu-Raheem β A Litigator and Academic was
Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009 as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Mr. Abdu-Raheem brings over 15 years of dynamic legal experience, deep courtroom success, and an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding results for his clients.
Early in 2009β2010, during his National Youth Service with the Nigerian Prisons Service, Lagos, he provided strategic legal advice on prison decongestion initiatives, gaining invaluable insight into criminal justice administration and practical reform.
He started as Junior Counsel at the reputable firm of Adeoye, Ademuwagun & Co. in 2010, his talent and dedication quickly propelled him to Senior Counsel. In 2012, he joined K.K. Eleja & Co., where he excelled to become Head of Chambers, leading the firm with distinction for several years.
In 2015, he earned a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree, and he is currently advancing his expertise through a Ph.D programme at the prestigious University of Ilorin, Kwara State β a testament to his intellectual rigor and forward-thinking approach.
Mr. Abdu-Raheem has successfully represented corporate giants and individual clients across Superior Courts of Record in Nigeria and numerous Election Petition Tribunals. His strategic insight, meticulous preparation, and persuasive advocacy consistently secure favorable outcomes in complex and sensitive matters.
Mr. Abdu-Raheem joined Federal University, Oye-Ekiti, in the early part of 2026 as an academic staff at the Faculty of Law.
