Biography
Odewumi, Blessing A. is a dedicated Estate Surveyor and Valuers with over a decade of experience in the real estate sector. She possesses a Masterβs degree in Estate Management and is currently pursuing a PhD in the same field. With her few years of experience in academics, she has served as a lecturer, where she combines theoretical knowledge with practical insights to mentor and inspire her students.
She is an associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and is registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) She remains passionate about delivering value, promoting best practices, and advancing the cause of her profession.

Investment/market analysis, sustainable development and Climate change/property retrofitting
