Biography
Dr. Odunayo Elizabeth Akomolafe is a Nigerian scholar, researcher, and lecturer in the Department of Peace and Conflict Studies at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE). She holds a B.A. in History and International Studies from Ajayi Crowther University (2013), an M.A. in Peace and Development Studies from the University of Ilorin (2016), and a Ph.D. in Peace and Security Studies from Ekiti State University.
Her teaching and research interests include peacebuilding, conflict resolution, gender studies, and security studies. Prior to joining academia, she served as an administrative officer in the Ekiti State Civil Service, where she gained valuable experience in public administration and governance. Dr. Akomolafe is committed to academic excellence, student mentorship, and advancing sustainable peace through research, teaching, and community engagement.
