Biography
Olayinka Idayat Osundare is a university lecturer with years of experience in teaching professional courses, such as accounting, commerce, and business administration. Olayinka Idayat Osundare started teaching from the core educational background who taught for over eighteen years as an accounting and commerce teacher in various secondary schools in Ekiti State, and presently a lecturer in the Department of Business Education, Federal University Oye-Ekiti. She holds a bachelor degree (B. Sc. Ed) in accounting Education with a second class upper degree grade, and a Masters Degree in Business Education (M. Sc. Ed in view) (Accounting Option).
Research Interests
My research focuses on :
1. Entrepreneurship Education and capacity building: Examining how business education curricula can develop entrepreneurial competencies, self efficacy and start-up intention and among undergraduate students.
2. Employability and Workforce development: investigating the alignment between business education programme and industry needs to reduce graduate unemployment.
MY goal is to advance research that strengthens business education for job creation, innovation and economic development. I am committed to producing graduate who are digitally competent, entrepreneurial and globally competitive through evidence based teaching and industry collaboration.
