Biography
My name is Akinwumi Temitope Caleb, born on 15th August, 1981 in Ipoti –Ekiti, Ijero local government area of Ekiti State and happily married with Chief (Mrs) Akinwumi, E.O and our marriage is blessed with promising and glorious children namely: Akinwumi Oreofejesu H., Akinwumi Orejesu O and Akinwumi Diekolereoluwa, O. and I am a Christian, a member of Seventh-day Adventist church, worshiping God on the Sabbath day (Saturday).
I have my elementary education both in Oyo and Osun states respectively, i attended Seventh-day Adventist primary School, Agodi-gate, Ibadan Oyo state from pry 1-3 and Holy Saviour’s Primary school, Alapata, Modakeke, Osun state, where i wrote my primary school leaving certificate examination in the year i994. Furthermore, I have my first and second degrees in Mathematics from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti-State and my Ph.D program is ongoing in the field of Mathematics in the same University.
However, I am currently a lecturer at the Federal University Oye-ekiti in the department of Mathematics, faculty of physical science.
Research Interests
My research interest is in the area of applied Mathematics to solve real-world problems which cut across almost every field of human endeavor such as Science, Engineering, Medicine management etc.
