Biography
Dr. Helen Foluke Olagundoye, a seasoned board member of the Department of Psychology, Federal University Oye Ekiti, bagged a PhD in Developmental Psychology and an MSc in Physiological Psychology. With extensive academic and research experience, she has served in various university assignments and appointments, contributing significantly to the fields of psychology and human development. A Postdoctoral Fellow with North-West University, South Africa. Dr. Olagundoye is a dedicated scholar; she is committed to advancing knowledge and empowering communities through education, research, mentorship, and inspiring next generations of leaders.
Research Interests
Public mental health; Lifestyle diseases, Trauma, Drug and addiction. Organizational behaviour,
management and change; Entrepreneurial behavior; Public policy; Gender and
Cross-cultural research. Climate factors, positive psychology, Developmental and lifespan behaviours.
