Biography
Dr Janet Opeyemi Ajayi is a Plant Physiologist in the Department of Plant Science and Biotechnology, Faculty of Life Science, Federal University, Oye-Ekiti, Ekiti State. She obtained her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Master of Science (M.Sc.) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D) degrees from Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. Her research interest is in plant physiology, salinity stress physiology, water stress physiology and effects of sowing depth on nutritional, growth & yield of crops. She has a strong passion for teaching, research and community engagement. She have actively contributed to undergraduate & postgraduate teaching, laboratory practical & research activities. She is a member of the Botanical Society of Nigeria (BOSON).
