Biography

Dr. Akande is a Distinguished University Lecturer and Researcher with expertise in Soil Science by training. She enjoys teaching soil microbiology, soil fertility and plant nutrition, soil and plant analysis and instrumentation, and soil agroecology. She has mentored both undergraduate and postgraduate students’ research in soil microbiology, soil health and environmental pollution areas.
