Biography
I had my National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Estate management from Rufus Giwa Polytechnic Owo,Ondo State in the year 2009&2012 respectively with Upper Credit and Distinction. I was overall best student in my HND class 2012 with Distinction both in Estate management Department and Faculty of Environmental Science of the Institution. I went further to Obtain B.sc in Estate management with Second class Upper Division in the year 2022. Also member of various professional bodies such as Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria(ESVARBON), Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers(NIESV), Chartered Institute of Auctioneers( CAI), Institute of Strategic management, Nigeria(ISMN), Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and International Project Management Professionals (IPMP).He was a lecturer at the Department of Estate Management, College of Environmental Design and Management,Wesley University, Ondo, Ondo State where he started his academic career as Graduate Assistant and later promoted as Assistant Lecturer from 2022 to 2026 before he joined FUOYE. He also serving as a member of the Publicity committee of NIESV Ondo state Branch 2024-2026.He served as the Treasurer of Estate Management Student Association,EMSA,2008-2009,Rufus Giwa Polytechnic,Owo chapter .Also as Prayer Coordinator of RCF final Year brethren,2011-2012, Rufus Giwa Polytechnic Owo chapter. I had professional experience at Jaiyeola Adeyanju Group Practice, Prosper Success Hephzibah and Home LTD, Success ILUYOMADE CONSULTING and Iluyomade A Success & Partners.He had over a decade professional experience in real estate management and development.
