Biography
Professor Olabimpe Ajoke Olatunji is an Associate Professor of Developmental Psychology in the Department of Psychology, Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), Nigeria. She holds a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Ekiti State University, Nigeria. Her research focuses on adolescent and emerging adult development, mental health, psychosocial wellbeing, gender, and family studies. She has held research appointments at North-West University and Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University, South Africa, and currently serves as an External Examiner at the University of South Africa (UNISA). Professor Olatunji has published extensively in reputable peer-reviewed journals, including numerous Scopus-indexed publications. She has supervised undergraduate, master's, and doctoral research and serves as a reviewer for leading international journals. Her scholarly work has attracted national and international recognition through research collaborations, conference presentations, and academic leadership. She is committed to advancing psychological research, mentoring young scholars, and promoting evidence-based interventions that enhance mental health and human development. Her current research continues to explore psychosocial and psycho- emotional factors that influence wellbeing.
