Biography
Dr. Oluwayemisi Damilola Akomolafe is currently a lecturer in the Department of Guidiance and Counselling (Educational Psychology), Faculty of Education, Federal University Oye-Ekiti, Nigeria. She teaches research in education, educational psychology, psychological testing and assessment, and test development to undergraduate and Postgraduate students, and has supervised/promoted over 40 of them.
Her research interests are: Educational Evaluation, Career development, Teachers' Professional development and training, Digital Literacy, Online Learning and Gender studies.
She hold a B.Sc (Geology), PGD (Education), M.Ed and Ph.D in Tests and Measurement, from Ekiti State University Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, and Usmanu Dan-Fodiyo University, Sokoto Nigeria. She has numerous publications in well-recognized local and international peer-reviewed and high-impact factor journals indexed in SCOPUS, IBBS , ISI .
Her current research is on Online Professional Development, Testing and Assessment, Digital Literacy, Educational Evaluation, and Teacher Education.
